Due to safety & hygiene reason, we do not accept exchanges or returns unless the items purchased were defective.

Any exchange or refund request must be made within 5 working days from the order received date. Kindly note that any complaints or reports received after the 5 working days will not be entertained and Ace Baby will not be liable to bear any financial losses.

Products which have been used, worn, damaged due to mishandling, sales or clearance items and customers change of minds are strictly not accepted. Kindly contact our customer support team via live chat or cs@acebaby.com.my . We will carry out the verification process for the exchange or refund. All return requests will be subject to Ace Baby’s verification and approval. Kindly note that parcel return without verification is not acceptable. Any items returned without Ace Baby’s approval will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.

What products are exchangeable / refundable?

  • Goods sold under Ace Baby are entitled to exchange if the goods delivered are defective or incorrect.
  • Goods sold are not entitled to exchange or refund if:
    • Goods are not in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.
    • Goods are not returned in accordance with our exchange & return policy.
    • Goods are not returned within the stipulated time period.
  • In some rare cases, there may be minor differences or defects on the product packaging. In the case where the differences or defect does not affect product usage, refund or exchange will not be possible.
  • Gift and promo voucher are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged and redeemed for cash. If you return an item which was purchased using a promo code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
  • In the event of out of stock, we will inform customer with an alternative solution.

How can I refund or exchange?

  • Please reach out to us via live chat or send us an email at cs@acebaby.com.my with your order reference, reason and a photograph of the products. Our customer support team will guide you through the simple steps. Once you send in your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange within 2 working days.
  • The return item must be handed over to the courier company within 3 business days upon Hermo’s approval of your request.
  • The customer is advised to pack the returned item securely to avoid any damages to the item, or its original packaging.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund or exchange?

  • Depending on your delivery location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary
  • Please allowed 14-21 working days after the refund application has been approved
