Shipping Policy
- Kindly ensure your personal information and shipping address is accurate, as we don’t allow amendments after your order number is generated.
- Customer cannot cancel or change an order once it has been submitted and paid, except with respect to out of stock items. We would like to remind you to review your order carefully before submitting your payment.
- Our courier service providers are J&T Express, Pos Laju, and DHL eCommerce.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information for you to track the progress of your order.
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
- We reserve the right to change the delivery charges without prior notice.
Delivery Charges
- Ace Baby delivers across Malaysia. The shipping fee varied according to the designated courier service provider of your choice and weight of each order
- Enjoy Free shipping if you hit the minimum purchase amount in a single order:
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM50
- Sabah & Sarawak: RM120
- Please note that this minimum spend is only applicable after discounts and vouchers have been applied.
Delivery Timeframe
- After the payment is confirmed and we will process ship out your parcel within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.
- Standard delivery can take up to 7 business days after we shipped out. For East Malaysia customer, please expect a delay up 14 business days due to reduced flights availability during COVID-19 pandemic.
